Hi - I am Joyce Arnold and I began with llamas in my life when I met Cheri about eleven years ago.
Hello - I am Cherigene Slaughter and I own Different Drummer Llamas. I have been with llamas for more than 18 years.

The summer of 2003 was a new beginning for the Arnolds as a new farm was found with land and barn for the llamas. The move is over, the fencing is done and the food is in the tack room. The summer of 2004 has been a wonderful time for us as my husband Harold and I are enjoying the new additions to the herd along with the others who call our farm their home.

Cheri and I both have llamas with full ownership plus we are co-owners on many of the wonderful show and breeding animals. Now when you are in our area you can 'double your (llama) pleasure' by stopping to see us both. Our farms are four minutes apart. We are glad you had a chance to stop and visit with us for a few minutes. Cheri and I love to talk about our animals anytime to anyone who will give us a chance. We are definately in the class of those who love these wonderful creatures and build a big part of our lives around them. Now it is time to meet some of the members of our herd.
It is hard to choose just a few of the animals to show so stop back and visit often.
Misty Ridge Llamas and Different Drummer Llamas are located in the southern part of Ohio between Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio.
January 18, 2003. Today I was looking at recent pictures that showed one of our older llamas. This made me sit and think about this girl and I decided to write a page to tell you about her. I am sure many of you have stories similar to this one. Click here to read about 'A Llama Named Jellybean'
